That's brilliant. There is a reason that both Facebook and Google want to do something like that with the only "minor" difference is that they want to own it (so they can push their stuff). Add the crypto twist to that and you have something with a huge potential!
It would adversely impact the major bandwidth providers also. (Sprint, AT&T, Verizon...etc)
