What happens with the curation rewards when a post or comment does not reach the dust threshold ???

As we can see in code [here](https://github.com/steemit/steem/blob/master/libraries/chain/util/reward.cpp) if anyone dont reach the dust rthreshold, your redward is rounded to zero. But ... What happens with the voter's curation rewards ?? Thanks i n advance.
