The mind is the strongest of the rest of our body components. In-fact, if asked what part of the body i like most, i will likely go for the mind. reason being , it has the ability to do the greatest thing ever.
Cells in the brain are known to be the longest surviving cells in our body. may take about 50- 60 years for a single cell of the brain to die and yet it will be replaced with another one. little wonder why the greatest gift mankind needs is the ability to understand the environment around him, courtesy to the mind. body builders create a muscle mind awareness for the enhancement of their body parts. i love this part of the minds creativity. build a healthy mind and grow to greater heights, achieve the highest goals, live the best dreams ever
