Hi, Today I give one colorful and tasty recipe VEGETABLE BIRIYANI
Hear I use all vegetables which are my kids like because I prepared for kids.
So I use carrots, beans, capsicum, peas, potato, onion only, you can also use cauliflower, nukal as you wish.
For spices I use chillies, ginger, and garlic.
And I use all masala ingredients I use.
It is very healthy and tasty, very simple to make.
INGRIDIENS :-
-Beans :100 grms
-Carrot :100 grms
- Capsicum :2 pieces
-Potatoes : 2
-Onion :2
-Peas : 100 grms
-Ginger :1 inch
-Garlic cloves :10
-Green Chillies :3 it is based on your choice
-Oil :30-40 ml
-Rice :2 cups (250)grms
-Watet: 5cups
-Tamato:1
-Curd : 1 cup (100)ml
-Bay leaf : 2
Sompu :1 tea spoon
Star a is a or biriyani flower : 2
-Elaich or cardamom : 4
-Dal hibiscus chaka : 2 inches
- cloves : 3
-Salt : as required
Hear I give all measurements for 2 cup of rice.
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1 :-
First wash all vegetables nearly and finely chopp
STEP 2:-
In mixy jar put ginger and garlic then make a paste.
STEP 3:-
Now heat a cooker with oil, after heating put biriyani leaf, cardamom, Sompu, cloves,anas flower, dal king chaka all together. Fry them for 1 minutes.
Hear you get oroma spell.
STEP 4 :-
Now we add all chopped vegetables to it, fry them for 5 minutes.
STEP 5:-
Then add ginger garlic paste, add required salt and fry them for 2 minutes.
STEP 6 :-
Now add 5 cup water and 2 cup rice, 1 cup curd with it. Mix them well . curd give additional taste to it.
STEP 7 :-
Close the lid and wait for 2whissel, after that turn of stove.
STEP 8 :-
Wait for 10 minutes, it completely cool then open lid you see your biriyani like this.
STEP 9 :-
Mix them well, serve hot with Rama to kick up or any ritha.
Now tasty,, color ful vegetable biriyani is ready. All of you enjoy my recipe.

- Protein : 7.75grms

vitamin A 6 %
-Vitamin C 10 %
-Calcium 6 %
-Iron 10 %
From this vegetable biriyani you get all essential vitamins, it is very healthy.

1 question the sodium is way high at 860 mgs
Is it because of the salt you added or another ingredient.
Sorry,i use only salt any other ingridiens i don't use by mistake i put that number .I edit this .Thankyou very much
