Hi. Today I give one simple health tasty recipe that is
MOONG DAL VERMICELL UPMMA
With in 20 minutes we finish this and enjoy with your family.
Ingredients
MOONG DAL : 100 grms
Greated fresh coconut :1 cup
Green chillies :3
Curry leaves :6
Red chillies :1
Vermicell : 200 grms
Oil : 2 table spoon
Must edge seeds : 1/2 table spoon
Urand dal : 1/2 table spoon
Chenna dal : 1/2 table spoon
Salt : required
Water : as required
Preparation
1.First we need to boil moong dal for 5 minutes or until half boil.
Then drying and keep in one side.
- Chope chillies
3.Now take one pan add oil after heat add mustard seeds, Urand dal, Chenna dal, curry leaves, dry chillies one by one. Fry all those for 1 minute.
- Then add water as required, for one cup vermicelli add 2.5 cup water. It is exact measurement for this recipe. Add required salt.
5.After getting bubbles add vermicelli, and reduce flame then close a lid. Wait for 6-8 minutes.
- After cooking half, now we add boiled moong dal, greated coconut with it then mix them well. Again wait for 2 minutes. After completing cook all serve hot.
Now it ready to serve. For this dish we don't need any side dish. We enjoy it as usual. It get some special taste because on adding moong dal, coconut.
