Today I give one special Andhra style Guthi van kayak.

Vankayak means brinjal. Brinjal is king of vegetables. It has some special taste and color.

There is lot of style to make this recycled but hear I give in my style.

INGREDIENTS, :-

  1. Brinjal , : 350 grms

  2. Oil : 3 table spoon

3 . onion, : 1 finely chopped

4.Tamarind pulp : 1 table spoon

5.Water : required

6.Termaric powder : 1/2 tea spoon

7 . curry leaves :5

8 . coriander leaves : 1 table spoon finely chopped

9.musterd seeds : 1 table spoon

10.Greated coconut : 1/2 cup

For this recipe we need powder, hear I give ingredients for powder.

-,Chennai dal : 2 table spoon

  • urad dal : 1 table spoon

-Dhaniya : 1/2 table spoon

  • fenugreek : 1/4 table spoon

-Red chillies : 7

PREPARATION :-

1.For this first we make a powder, so fry all ingredients which I given above adding one table of oil.

After completely cool down, put in a mixy and make powder.

2.Wash bring all, cut them four pieces but no leaving the stalk. But in my family, they not like stalk so I remove but with stalk is this dish get additional taste.

3.Take one pan with 2 table spoon on, after heating add mustered seeds and brinjal. Fry them for 3 minutes, then add finely chopped onions to it, and fry them for 2 minutes.

4.Now add tamarind pulp, required water, 1/2 cup powder, coconut, salt and term articles powder to it. And mix them well.

5.After 3 minutes, it is well cooked,

Hear we see the brinjal correctly cooked, in this we turn off stove and transfer surving bowl. Garnish with curry and Coriander leaves.

It is best combination with rice and chappathi.

Tremendous... I need to go to the local Indian grocery and find out the american names for some of the ingrediants and which ones I can only get at the indian Grocer!

One question how hot are the chilies and how big....
as we know heat is affected very much by both.

Hear i use chillies but it don't have that much spicy,hear i make this dish for 9 members.so i use that much.
