Quick question, if someone delegates his steem to another user, does his proposal vote still count as if he had the steem? Or does it become worthless.
Good question. I guess it should work just like witness voting works. Meaning if you delegate, you decrease your vote power.
Well for witness votes your vote power does not decrease when you delegate. It's just for post rewards. (I am assuming you made an unconscious error, but I may be wrong about witness votes.)
Could you confirm?
