Right now I'm looking for some guidance on what the proposals should contain because I'd like to put forward our legal case on behalf of the entire Crypto industry for funding. As I see it any funds received from this pool would then convert to "shares" in the eventual damages or settlement we could win which could be paid back into Steem.

I'm releasing a new app tomorrow and then I start writing a set of posts about proposals specifically, something I delayed a bit. In your particular case, what do you mean by converting into shares and what type of info do you want me to cover?
We have issued the SUFB token on Steem Eng and that represents a share in any settlement from our large suit against the Tech Goliaths. I would like to propose funding our class action lawsuit on behalf of the entire crypto industry.
Its an investment with a potentially huge reward for all of the Cryptocosm and we've already used Steem Engine for tokenisation of the claim.

Wow. That sounds like a really serious proposal. I'm not even sure I can advise you with something. I'll publish a general overview on what should be included inside of any proposal but the lawsuit stuff, that's probably lawyer's job or someone more knowledgeable than me for sure.
