I am writing this proposal to suggest one method of promoting communities and community networking is to have communities create a voting account to curate the community. The community account will ask each member to donate 5-10 SteemPower and to encourage this development Steemit Inc., could agree to match the Steempower raised by each community. This match would be for one year and give the community the incentive to invest in itself.
