Yes no doubt it is,but the surging gas fees could dethrone UniSwap for eg. just making a simple Ether to Dai (DAI) exchange on Uniswap requires $55 in gas fees,at this gas price using this protocol is next to impossible whereas Justswap charges only 0.3% of trading fee and that is what makes it lucrative.
