Yes @missaj, I'm oldschool and use Microsoft Publisher, and outdated program nobody like. LibreOffice or any photo editing program would work well if you wanted to be fancy, but I imagine even a Microsoft Paint type program would work well too. Any program simple and easy you can open a .jpeg file and add some text boxes, then post it via ReggaeSteem.
