You couldn't be any more correct. I think steemcleaners probably was started with good intentions, but it is turning into complete bullshit. Read some of their reports to see some of the ridiculous flags and downvotes they hand out. Some are legit, but a lot are just dumb.

If you want to support someone who is genuinely trying to clean up steemit, checkout @sherlockholmes. He reviews fakers and plagiarists case by case and contacts them. No stupid bot bullshit.
