The Wonderful Works of Prayers
God wants you to have answers to prayers. He doesn't want you to seek Him in vain. Isaiah 45:19 tells us ”I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.” God said He never said to the descendants of jacob to seek Him in vain. God has not said to seek Him in vain. But you must know how to pray the prayer that works. The topic today tells us that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. The Amplified Version puts it this way: the heartfelt, continued, prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available, which is dynamic in its working.” Firstly, the prayer that works is that which is prayed in faith, according to the Word of God. God is not committed to answer any prayer that is contrary to His will. He will only answer prayers prayed according to His will. Therefore make sure to pray according to the provision in the Word.

Secondly, prayers must be rendered unto God with fervency an outburst of a heartfelt desire. Prayer is not prayer until desire is involved. Mark 11:24 tells us that whatsoever we desire when we pray, we must believe that we receive them, and we shall have them. Desire according to the Word starts off prayer. You must have a heartfelt, boiling desire for what you are asking God for. When prayer is prayed in faith according to God's Word, and with a heartfelt desire, it makes tremendous power available that is dynamic in its working. Don't pray to God just with your lips. Don't pray just with your words. Pray in faith, and pray with boiling point fervency erupting from your heart to the Lord; and God will answer you! Amen!

The easiest way to well up desire for what you require of the Lord is to meditate on the Word that promises that thing, and see yourself possessing it. You must see answers to prayers before you see them in physical manifestation; When you see the end from the beginning, then your faith and desire can go through the process to get there.
Interesting read. Prayer is the armor for many Christians, and we can pray to God even when we face difficulties. The Lords' prayer is a pattern we must follow in praying to God.

God is always ready to hear us and answer us when we call upon Him in prayers and we enjoyed peace with believe that God to whom we call upon is capable of answering us whenever we call according to His will
Prayer does not equip us for greater works – prayer is the greater work.’ To kneel before Almighty God, seeking His face and hearing His heart for a lost world is what He has called us to do. To intercede, stand in the gap, and fight for the lost, broken, those in bondage and without hope… there is no greater calling. There is no greater work.
Our creator is always willing to act once he hears our cry for help. Just like a loving father who wants to lead his child to do what is right, so is our heavenly father. Thanks for your contribution.

I love prayer but I love it more when I receive answers to my request. It is always important to focus on what brings answers to prayers than just praying. I believe that is the most important thing.

As Christians we should all do well tk keep on praying for the world to get better. Prayer connects us to God easily

In his word we find comfort. He is out maker and guarantee us alot.
Prayer is the only thing which can save us from all sorts of evil and keep us moving.
Christ when he came to the earth has given us power and authority to always be with him in prayer .
He gave example of what we should be praying for everyday
The bible no matter the version or language fussed into it will still remain the same if nothing is added or removed on its interpretation.
God had given it to us even before we are born , but it us left for us to accept the bible which is His word in truth and in spirit and the truth on how to pray will always be reviewed to us
