STEEMCHURCH: The Forgiveness, a powerful key to enter the Kingdom of God
"Forgiveness is the original reason why Jesus came to earth and died on the cross", in this way the Father will forgive our sins and conciliate us with HIM. Jesus paid a valuable price, this leads us to reflect on the value of this essential principle as is forgiveness.
Forgiveness is one of the fundamental principles for living and enjoying the Kingdom of God. Knowing how to forgive is an essential virtue to achieve a life in success, free from ties. Forgiveness is nothing more than doing the same thing that God did with us, and asking for forgiveness when we have offended someone and even, when we have not been at fault, this does not compare with the sacrifice that Jesus made for our sins, being innocent of everything . In order to have a share with Him in His Kingdom, it is time to begin a life like our Lord Jesus.
Jesus came to this world to establish the Kingdom of God, and he taught us that forgiveness is one of the most important principles. Jesus taught the Disciples about "forgiveness," and ordered them to propagate it. On many occasions, he spoke about offenses, making it clear that they would always come, so the duty was to learn to deal with them.
Jesus taught about forgiveness; that we should forgive as many times as necessary, means that not to forgive is not an option; It is a very dangerous decision. Not to forgive leads you to hold a grudge in your heart, enclosing serious dangers. Forgiveness comes with a decision, it is not a feeling, if you wait to feel when you must forgive that will not come, taking the decision to do so is what defines if you have the character of Christ, and understands the Sacrifice of the Cross. Forgiveness is definitely a mystery to those who can not understand, but it is a great revelation for those who have experienced it in their lives.
The lack of forgiveness begins with an offense, it leaves a seed that is planted in the heart and begins to take root of bitterness, and grows like a great tree of reproaches and resentments. The offense goes straight to the heart, says in James 3: 2 "For we all offend many times, if anyone does not offend in words, this is a perfect man, capable also of restraining the whole body".
Not to forgive begins after an offense that reaches the heart through the lack of identity, insecurity, rejection, not knowing the value that you have as a person, as a child of God. The one who is sure and knows his identity in God is difficult to be offended, and if he does happen to keep the offense for a long time, is someone who has a high understanding of forgiveness.
Ome reasons why a person is offended:
They did not take it into account.
Someone spoke badly behind his back.
Some misunderstanding left her responsible for some uncomfortable situation.
It is not treated as you think it should and deserves to be treated.
Betrayal of someone very dear.
They did not fulfill any promise.
Someone does not greet her.
Some scam.
For verbal abuse.
for physical abuse.
Trust abuse.
Sexual abuse
There are millions of people who easily fall into the trap of the enemy, he puts a bait, they bite, they poison, and they die slowly. Someone offended them, they did not forgive, and that is why their soul is imprisoned full of bitterness. They need to be liberated in order to have full freedom, and to be able to enter to live the Kingdom of God. In the next verse is the revelation 2 Timothy 2:26... "and they escape from the snare of the devil, in that they are captive at his will".
Forgiveness is not trying to forget what happened, deny the offense received, let time erase what happened or simply ignore it. It is not a mental forgiveness. Forgiveness is letting go, letting go of the person who offended us, letting go of that person who caused us harm, it is like canceling a pending debt.
The lack of forgiveness; It is an epidemic that today is filling the people of Christ and the world. At this time many people are suffering from cancer, ulcers, and many other diseases, they have even died due to lack of forgiveness.
Not to forgive is one of the biggest obstacles in prayer, requests are not answered. In Mark 11:25 we find: "Jesus pardoned us from the eternal condemnation of all our sins, from our iniquities, from the eternal torment in hell, and forgave us from death".
In Matthew 18:34 we have: "Then his angry Lord, I hand him over to the executioners, until he repays all that he owed". People who do not practice forgiveness in their lives are given to torture by the Lord. God the father will do the same with any believer who does not forgive his brother, he will give him to the executioners or tormentors, they cause anguish, and affliction to the people who do not forgive.
Making the decision to forgive maybe is not so simple, but it is a principle of Kingdom is a powerful key that allows us to access mysteries, which are only shown those who have no evil in their hearts, is a mandate of Jesus, here in the earth he came as a model and forgiven, he gave himself up for the forgiveness of our sins, and the salvation of our souls. Forgiveness is powerful that transforms the life of a person completely, of a family, of a city, and a nation, if only someone is willing to forgive the offense and the grievance.
(Matthew 5: 44,45,48) In this verse we claim to be like Jesus "But I say to you: Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who hate you. They outrage and persecute you; that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven, who makes his sun rise on the bad and the good, and who rains on the just and the unjust... Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect". To be perfect in this sense is to forgive offenses, to be children of the Kingdom.
Forgiveness is a key to entering the kingdom. The heavenly Father decided that the key to freeing humanity would be a perfect sacrifice and then forgiveness. Before the foundation of the world, forgiveness was part of the wrapping of redemption. Now, do not confuse; there is no forgiveness or remission of sins out of the blood of Jesus. Salvation is and will perennially be a gift of God's grace. But this gift that has been given to us is that He has forgiven us.
We must not forget what the Lord did for us, nor forget where we were and where we are going and how we were delivered. We received the forgiveness. It is like a seed that was planted in our hearts. We must be good stewards of the forgiveness He has given us. You received it, now we must be forgivers. In relation to forgiveness, Matthew 10: 7-8 says: "And going, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons; You received grace, you give grace".
Another key is found in John 20:23: "Whom you remit sins, they are remitted to you; and to whom you retain them, they are retained". Trusting the revelation of the perfect sacrifice and the One who can forgive and then receive the power to forgive people are the keys that open the heavens and close hell.
Forgiveness begins to unleash the supernatural power of heaven through us when we invoke his name. This power is revealed in many ways, but He chooses how. Maybe it is presented as salvation for our sins. It can be manifested as healing for our hurt emotions or our broken body. It can transfer peace to a tormented mind. However, his power is unleashed from the heavens when He or we decided to forgive. A true presence of God's character is unleashed in us when we give and when we forgive.
We are convinced that a process of inner transformation must begin with the decision to commit to the practice of forgiveness. Forgiveness is a beautiful and sublime expression. Forgiveness gives us the right to change and alter any situation. It is the act of freeing someone from a real or apparent grievance. End the pending account that has been between you and the person who hurt you. Forgiveness will give peace to your soul. We, after lived negative experiences, have learned that we should ask for forgiveness and forgiveness, and not keep guarding and drawing invoices for past offenses, the healing of the soul, the full life demands a clean heart.
Friend, friend, we invite you to open your heart for Jesus, there in the intimacy of your soul tell him: Jesus I accept you as my Lord and Savior, give me a clean heart of grudges and hatreds, teach me to know how to forgive, to put into practice what that you command: forgive to be forgiven. I want to live fully, to have a united family, to know how to live together peacefully, enjoying love.

God indeed manifest Himself in our lives when our hearts are pure.
Harboring grudges and offences in our hearts rather hinder us of the good things we can receive from God.
It is so importantthat we learn to forgive each other and become the children of God.
I can't imagine what even the world will be like if we as Christians don't forgive one another.
If we don't forgive our fellow humans we can also receive forgiveness from God,look at God's word we were commanded to forgive the sins committed against us so we can also be forgiven by God,lack of forgiveness denies you access into God's kingdom but the moment you forgive all wrongs done against you, certainly you are in the right path
Lack of Forgiveness can stand as an hindrance from receiving blessings from God if you refuse to let go,harboring grudges with a stony heart is wickedness.
Thanks for sharing this with us, your conclusion is superb and said it all, Forgiveness begins to unleash the supernatural power of heaven through us when we invoke his name. This power is revealed in many ways, but He chooses how. Maybe it is presented as salvation for our sins. It can be manifested as healing for our hurt emotions or our broken body. It can transfer peace to a tormented mind."
We as Christians should learn to forgive people that offend us because we offend God alot, knowingly or unknowingly and when we sincerely pray for his forgiveness, he forgives us
Let us learn to always forgive those that wrong us.
To avoid bitterness and hatred.
Never allow hatrate to take over your life and make your heart harden to forgive others who have wrong you.
The Lord in his infinite mercy is always ready to forgive you your sun any changes ime you cone to him with all your heart .
Learning to forgive one another when we err is one of the keys that binds us with God through His son Jesus Christ. Jesus taught us forgiveness so if we can also be His true disciples, we must also forgive others as He forgave us our sins.
