What does the word living and Victory mean?

"LIVING " means a condition that distinguishes organisms from inorganic objects and dead organisms.
"VICTORY" as my name implies means an overcomer,it denotes success achieved in personal combat,it means success in a struggle against difficulties.

Living in Victory means maintaining a lifestyle of success over personal combat and struggle in the face of difficulties.The type of life and quality of life defined above is because he or she has been infused with a life that is divine through Faith in God's own son _Jesus Christ.

Galatians 2:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

There is need to equip ourselves for the trouble ahead so we might have peace in Jesus Christ as he was able to Face storm and tempest in

Mark 4vs 35-41
35 And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.
36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.
37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?
39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

The most difficult thing to do which probably makes battle looks more fierce than it appears can be attributed to

1. Inability to hold on the promises of God,whereas God will always stay true to his words.Hebrews 6:18.

2. Inability to maintain inner peace,whereas the prince of peace himself has given and left us with Peace that cannot be found elsewhere.John 14:27.

3. Inability to be still and quiet in God's presence to hear what he would say,in quietness lie the strength and ability to hear divine instruction for the net move.Isaiah 30:15.

4)Inability to allow the anchor of Faith to hold fast ,easily giving into doubt and quickly yielding to alternatives.

Victory comes easily when we let God have his way as we trust him to do what he specialize in being lord of hosts and the man of war.All those who want God to do a mop up in the fight against their enemies to allow the Peace of God rule their heart first so that God can take over all their battles.

HOW DO WE LIVE A LIFE OF VICTORY?
Maintaining the championship belt,keeping our trophies and medals largely depend on how much we can tap into the grace of God. A daily life of Victory is possible when we do the following;

• Give God the Glory due unto him; when we face a battle and we can win by our own strength,then it's a miracle.If we cannot and God does it then he gets the Glory.Make no attempt to share in his Glory Remember ,He is a jealous God,our victories and testimonies can be permanent reality when we act like that of the leper(luke 17vs 15-19).Do not allow the devil to lure you into thinking that your blessings and victories are as your making.Give God all the Glory.

Isaiah 42 vs 8
I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

• Do not throw away your confidence; Your Faith is your ticket,its the currency you need to purchase a daily life of victory. keep your hope alive and maintain your faith in the ability of God for daily Victory.

Mark 11vs22 King James Version (KJV)
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

• Hold fast to your crown; ensure you do not become an ex-champion.you need to know that whatever engages you in a battle is the enemy of your soul and when you lose, its to the devil your enemy.Be careful never to lose your championship belt to the devil.May we not lose our crown to the enemy in Jesus name.Amen.

Revelation 3 vs11
Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown

• Do not cast your pearls before the swine; never take your victory for granted,never underrate the least of God's goodness in your life.If you disregard this victory over sickness and start to live a life of sin again then get ready for the repercussion of it.

Matthew 7 vs 6 King James Version (KJV)
Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

• Be watchful;always be prepared and ready for battle at all time.Don't allow the devil to catch you unaware,pull off your civilian regalia and put on the full uniform which is the whole Armour of God,watch out for little foxes that spoil the vine,watch out for friends that are enemies.

1 Corinthians 16 vs 13
Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

• Be Prayerful;As a christian you can't do without prayer,never stop praying because its very dangerous. Sometimes we don't know the weapon the enemy is preparing to attack with,the holy spirit is there to help us deploy the weapon speaking in tongues.

Matthew 26vs41
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

• Enforce a life of Victory;Jesus showed us the example of winning and winning again when the enemy attacks,confess the word of God and don't keep quiet for the devil.Cancel every thought of defeat,sickness,death,divorce,bareness and so on.Confess your daily Victory over sin,weakness,terminal disease etc. You will see the devil right under your feet as you back it up with the efficacy of the word of God and Blood of Jesus.

Revelation 12 vs 11King James Version (KJV)
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

• Be active in God's service; work for God out of your love for him and demonstrate his love to God's people as you serve in his vineyard and show mercy to those outside the fold as you reach how to them.Do the work of evangelism,its the heart desire of God.

2 Timothy 4 vs 2King James Version (KJV)
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

• Prepare to meet thy God; to maintain a life of victory ensure you are ready for a 'fight to finish'.Apostle Paul did it,you too can do it,but he didn't get there overnight,he pursed a daily life of victory.

2 Timothy 4 vs 6-8
6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

A life of Victory is not an option but at the same time you have a choice to choose.May God grant us the grace to finish well and strong in Jesus name.Amen.
