The Love of God For His Children

what is love?
First and foremost what do you understand by the word LOVE?
We all agree that love is a good thing and whoever does not love doesn't not know God because God himself is LOVE. He is the full definition of love, everything he does is love.

The world says that love is all about how you feel towards a person or how they actually feel concerning you but God says that love is actually the way and manner you behave or treat others around you. How you actually do what you want others to do to you, like for example if you do not want someone to steal your money, you wouldn't go and steal another person's own. That is were love comes in because you begin to put others in consideration. It is not just about you but others also.

If you could speak all the languages on earth and of the angels but don't have the spirit of love in you then you are nothing and your voice would be seen as noise.
According to apostle Paul with the inspiration given to him by God:

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud.
It does not demand it's own way. It is not irritable and keeps no record of being wronged.
It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.
"Love never gives up, never loses faith,is always hopeful and ensures through every circumstances.

Love As The Greatest Commandment
The greatest commandment is love and the motivating force that brought about this world is God's love. Jesus said:

"you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind."
"Love your neighbor as yourself".

God Loves His Children

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son to die for us and that who ever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
God loves us so much, I don't know of any other person that will die for our sins,but God died for our sins. God didn't say his son should go and conderm the world for our sins but he sent his only begotten son to go and save us from our sins.
We have all made one mistake or the other,even worst mistakes that we feel that can never be forgiven. But God still loves us and his hands is always opened to us to come in. But us as human beings, each time someone offends us, we are ever ready to condemn others but with God its totally different.

My brothers and sisters, lets draw closer to God because God himself is LOVE.
