God has endowed us with talents and spiritual gifts that are part of God's training for us to perform all the tasks that are assigned to him with excellence. God has not put quality on us to be used in a mediocre manner, but to be powerful tools in fulfilling his purpose for our life.
All this in proportion to the values you mention in the post onestidad, sinceridad, integrity etc.
