FATHER OF CORRUPTION

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

This is one of the problems that is rampant today. We covet more of the government funds, family properties, and many other pleasure of the world.
It is even disheartening to know that Christians are seen doing this. We should care for our life here and eternal as our treasure does not determine the longevity of our lives or security of heaven.
Corruption is being mentioned among the nations, just people can not control themselves from the menace called covetousness, the father to corruption.
We should all learn how to be contented with what we have and by doing this, we will make the world a good place to live and God also will be glorified.
Please beware of covetousness, the father of corruption.

Godliness with contentment is great gain
That is true.
Listen to the media and you will hear how much better life will be if you have this, or that and that you deserve more. More money, more leisure time, more stuff. We should learn to be satisfied with what the Lord has given us.
It is a general phenomenon. May the power of God suppress it in the life of people.
