God also smiles, do you know when?

You know dear brother, God is also happy ...

"Noah, however, found thanks in the eyes of the Lord" Genesis 6: 8.

Noah was the only follower of God who remained of his generation, a man of patience, consistency and obedience - it's amazing how men tend to forget God and quickly deviate from God's purposes.

In the time of Noah, everyone lived for their own pleasure, and not for God's. However, it pleased God, it probably made him smile. And because he pleased God is that we are alive - the story of Noah shows us some steps to thank God.

1. LOVE GOD ABOUT ALL THINGS

The Bible says that Noah followed God uninterruptedly and enjoyed an intimate relationship with him - and what God most wants is to have a relationship with us, to be a friend - that is why he is not interested in sacrifices, but in our love. Serve him and adore him in love. So much so that the first and greatest commandment is to love God above all things. When we also follow the second commandment that is to love our neighbor as ourselves, we also take good smiles from God - we show this when we act with sincerity and love, respect and human ethics, humility, solidarity and companionship.

2. GOD SMILES WHEN WE TRUST HIM COMPLETELY

Noah trusted God, even when it made no sense. By faith he did what God wanted and ordered ... Imagine the scene. They had 3 problems that could have raised doubt in Noah - First: Noah had never seen rain, because God irrigated the earth with water that flowed from the ground; Second: he was far from the sea; and Third he still had to gather and care for the animals, but even so Noah promptly attended to God and it took him 120 years to build the ark. When we trust in God, we sign a blank page and let God write the story of our lives and do our best. "I know what thoughts I think of you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you the end you hope for." Jeremiah 29:11

3. GOD SMILES WHEN WE OBEY HIM UNCONDITIONALLY

Everything had to be according to the order of God - Noah obeyed completely and exactly what the Lord had commanded him. He did not do restrictions just obeyed. Late obedience is disobedience. Understanding can wait, but obedience can not. A life obedient to God can teach you more about God than a whole life of biblical discussion ... David asked for a pure heart (SL.51: 10) a pure heart is not an empty heart, but an obedient heart ... faith it brings us salvation; Active obedience, in turn, demonstrates that faith is genuine ...

4. GOD SMILES WHEN WE LOUVE AND THANK YOU

It is good to receive sincere praise and thanks - God also likes it - to Him we express our gratitude, adoration and love - the other people demonstrate education, incentive, love and friendship. We noticed that after the flood Noah offered sacrifice - our sacrifice today is praise and worship, because the sacrifice was made there on the cross. When we please God and bring joy to the Father's heart, our heart is also filled with pleasure and intense joy.

5. GOD SMILES WHEN WE USE OUR SKILLS

We have to do according to everything that God has given us - to form families, to work, to study, etc ... to be human beings. It was for that that God made us. God is not and is not indifferent to the other areas of our life, He does not rejoice only when we pray, fast, read the word, but at all times God finds pleasure in his creation ... the only thing that does not please God is sin, but all other things can be for the praise of Him. God has endowed us with different ways for his delight. There are no "non-spiritual" abilities, but rather misused abilities. Begin to use your skills for the pleasure of God.

God is also pleased to see you enjoy creation, gave you the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of creation, heard to enjoy sounds, nose and taste buds to enjoy perfumes and flavors and nerves in the skin to appreciate the touch - all this for your pleasure and for your worship ... It is not the creation greater than its creator, but the creation worships its creator.

Parents do not demand perfect or even mature children to love them - in the same way God loves you in all their development.

When we live the light of eternity, the question is no longer "how much pleasure do I have in life, but how much pleasure does God have in my life?" God is looking for Noes - people willing to live for the pleasure of the Lord.

The greatest goal of our lives has to please God - to make sense - there is nothing that God does not do for the person totally focused on this goal.

The joy of the Lord is our strength.

The example of Abraham shows us that God smiles when our highest action in life means to love him above anything else. Abraham loved God and trusted in Him, even when every prospect of hope said "no." His life was designed to follow God quickly, and that made him enjoy an intimate relationship with Him.
