The Holyspirit is a very, great being which is very hard to understand. But what I know of Him is that, you may have Him and also know it but He may not be manifested fully unless you allow Him to take over your entire body. Many possess the spirit, but at same time wants to be in charge. This pushes the spirit away from you.
