YOU ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD!
"For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. " 2 Corinthians 5:21
Think of God performing what you may call a Nature-transplant.
He made Jesus who knew no sin, to be sin (that is, the sin offering) for us, so that we could be made the righteousness of God in Him.
This was what made it possible for Jesus to die a sinner's death in your place.
The result is that you can now stand before God without any sense of guilt.
" Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus" Hebrews 10:19
" Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" Romans 5:1
