Do not expect to have large crowds watching you or thousands of steemianos commenting on your publications to start doing your work with excellence. We have to be prepared for greatness and that can only be achieved by working with humility and professionalism from the first day.
If you consider yourself a faithful Parishioner of this Church, we advise you that next year you are a person with more entrepreneurship in life, inside and outside the chain of blocks.
The experience with small audiences will allow us to have learnings and practical knowledge, will make us perfect our craft and improve our vision as a Church.
A good mentor, in relation to entrepreneurs, said:
Do not focus on having a full theater, do not focus on having your store or restaurant full, do not focus on millions of followers...
Focus on being the best in what you do, improve your product every day and adjust it to the real needs of your customers, develop a good marketing strategy that allows you to sell your product correctly, have good profit margins and good managing your finances, having a value proposal that makes you different in the market...
The rest comes by CONSEQUENCE, by a beautiful consequence of your daily actions, success is not desperately sought, success you attract with the person you become, the success of your company will not touch your door, the success of your company enters with authority thanks to the excellence of the leader that you built in you and the good management of your business in all areas.

Thank you @Steemchurch for this prompt. One of the best things that happened to my 2018 was that @liltom002 told me about Steemit and I do not regret giving in my time, resources and energy to the platform.
Between January 24 and now, I know how much I've learnt and have been inspired by what I've seen and been a part on the steem blockchain. My writing skills have been sharpened and I get so much motivation for my projects that I lost encouragement.
Joining @Steemchurch was another huge blessings to me. Here, I have learnt sacrifice and visioning from @Sirknight, zeal from @Darlenys01 and strategy from @Emiliocabrera among others and to me, those lessons worth more than gold.
My Expectations foe 2019
I am very certain that 2019 will be bigger and greater. I will maximize the opportunities I have on the Steemchurch to the glory of God and the blessing of humanity.
First, I will ensure that I share the testimonies of love shared on steemchurch to everyone around me until I build a solid community of not less than 50 persons in Uyo- Nigeria. Currently, my niche number 24 and I hope to host an official meet-up in January to present them to the Steemchurch community. We will ensure that visions of creating steemchurch will be actualized in our locality and Nigeria at large.
Second, my project @writeandearn will take Steem contents, even #steemchurch (good) contents to libraries and bookshops.
2019 will be great with or without the rise in price of steem. I will personally give value to steem beyond its dollar value.

I like this message, which urges us to be better every day and to carry out our work with excellence ... in this way we must always think of Christians, do everything with excellence, as for God.
My wish for next year is that God bless every home and every family, that his mercy be with each one of us and that we never turn away from him ... that our lives become ever more secure in our God. May our faith be greatly increased so that nothing and no one can separate us from grieving or hurting us. By the year 2019, I will have even more confidence that God has sovereignty both in heaven and on earth, and that if we all dedicate ourselves to fulfilling his will, we can change situations that affect the peace of the world, and have increased poverty and evil.
