Greetings to you all. Welcome to my blog today, as a member of the great @steemchurch, i bring to you an insight that i found interesting and i am sure you all gonna be blessed even as you read along. Remain blessed.
Information is a very powerful tool which you cannot afford to be deficient about. A popular adage says: "If you are not informed, you will be deformed". Do you know that lots of people have not travelled outside the shores of their countries, yet they can discuss what happens in other parts of the world because of their ability to READ WIDELY?
There are hidden treasures in books, but unless you open them to read, you cannot partake thereof. Reading is the skill of getting information from books in order to get illuminated. You can paralyze loads of nonsense and get insight into your problems simply by reading! Reading can become an armour in the time of adversity.
Do you know that a lot of people are paying dearly for the mistakes they made in life as a result of wrong decisions due to lack of knowledge? Even the lord Jesus did not underestimate the power of reading. Before He began His earthly ministry, he prepared Himself through reading the scriptures. That was why he replied most of his temptations by asking the tempter: "HAVE YOU NOT READ?"- (MK 12:10).
Only an addicted reader can ask such a question! He always replied the tempter: "IT IS WRITTEN." Indeed, you cannot say: "It is written" when you do not know what is written.
The inspiration you need for your breakthrough can be gotten cheaply through reading. A great writer, once said: "You cannot achieve much if you are not informed." One single information may be long last key needed to open a door! INFORMATION IS A NONSENSE STOPPER! Hear also the voice of another writter, he said " How my life has been brought to undiscovered lands and how richer it gets all from the words printed on a page."
A book can have 565 pages, but only three pages can change the life of the reader.
Always us the power of "it is written." Invest your time to obtain information through reading! Dig up facts stated in the lines of every book that you read to locate your solution.
Just one information i got from @dwayne16 has made me a steemian. Though we all still aspire to attain that greater height we desire.
Study to show yourself approved by men and by God and be rest assured that your door shall remain open in 2018.

Indeed, one should never downplay the essence of reading, which is a great means of amassing information quality information for living if he or she be become great. I wrote a blog sometime ago, "Dismiss It, But Be Ready To Pay For It, in it in was a personal experience where Ignorance nearly wounded me real good.
We cannot afford to be ignorant as believers of right in Christ, and responsibility in our world, as we keep studying and learning to show yourself approved unto good works.
I'm also glad to be a member of @steemchurch; a platform here on Steemit through which our minds are renewed and transformed with quality christian posts.
