It seems like eons ago that the great SirKnight and the mythical Angels of the Blockchain were buying up STEEM, at what seemed ridiculously low prices. Well my fellow Steemians - the STEEM price is ridiculously low once again!
The cryptocurrency market appears to be grossly overreacting to SEC commentary regarding cryptocurrency exchange unlawfulness and STEEM has been caught up in the panic - now trading at $US2.40.
This price is in no way reflecting the fundamentals of a platform with 818,000 user accounts now in existence, 60,000 unique active users per day and growing, the 250,000 posts per day, the onboarding of 20,000+ new users per week, or future projects like SMTs in the pipeline.
Now this is all SirKnight's opinion only and you need to do your own due diligence. However, if you have been sitting there praying for a fall in the STEEM price so that you could buy and bask in great quantities of STEEM POWER - now is your time.

I think the crypto’s may be being artificially taken down in order to crush sentiment, either that or so people can have an opportunity for one last great buy in. As you state the fundamentals are good and I believe 2018 will be even better than 2017.

Cryptos will set us free Brother TP and they had bloody better. I mean what better examples of the enslavement of mankind than SEC and Chinese regulators looking to shut down and regulate cryptocurrency exchange activity.

I think this is a great opportunity and thanks for sharing this ideal with us, I think the main reason why cryptocurrency is not stable is that we don't enough investors, but this is just a great opportunity for us all..
From what I hear and read Dwayne16 - tens of thousands of new investors world-wide are signing up to crypto-exchanges every day. This is what is frightening government regulators. In turn they make statements which make the buyer hold off buying and trigger the loose holders to sell. But eventually a frenzy of buying will begin again.

@sirknight things like this happen often but we should never give up in all our doings.
The current situation now may discourage steemchurch contributors. But we should all have faith in God .

I like the idea of "steemchurch"
Crypto Currencies will take a lot more hurdles till they will finally succeed. The process of buying any coin e.g. steem is still a bit inelegantly and does not feel natural at this point in time, but with the Power of us all, we will figure out a way.
And yes, powered up to, bought 2.891 steem :D
This is the first time I am seeing someone link the downward trend of steem price to the freedom of the church.
