ICOs
Smart Contracts.
will come into effect on 28 March 2018!
Furthermore, cryptocurrency activities in the country will remain 'tax free' until 2023!

Thats awesome he practically created a free crypto trade zone in his country! I wonder if we will see entities like Binance and Kucoin make the move to Belarus and take advantage of such friendly taxes. I know if i do an ICO it will be registered in a friendly nation like this!
