Steemit offers us opportunities that we can not find in other digital platforms of socialities, and these are the compensations for the articles published in numerous topics of interest. For example In @steemchurch is a subcommunity of Steemit that has provided many opportunities for Crsitians from all over the world, thanks to these rewards, dedicated to the value and work of each author.  

Once an article, work or essay has been made, and it is pleasing for the bublic, that's where the good starts, because this is where the voting begins; There are some stronger than others, but all are important, because the idea is to let you know and know many people. That said and na ves you already published an article, also being Upvote, and after the days, once vested and are in your wallet, what will you do ??

There are numerous exchange houses in Steemit and many ways to collect your well earned STEEM and SBDs, some at a good price and with excellent services, but they are third-party third parties, and all those profits obtained in high commissions and in prices not so tight are lost to the market.  

The community of @cervantes, of Spanish speaking is very strong within Steemit, its pertutacion and level are very high and its popularity and level of influence also, so much so that they have created their porpia platform for exchange Steem and Sbd, offering the service to all His Followers.  

My proposal is that @steemchurch do something similar, that was created in all nations where there are parishioners of this noble church, a platform for change, but that a policy of change is managed that benefits the interests not only of the buyers, but also of the sellers, bringing this as a consequence greater income for the church and the community and to continue doing construction and expansion projects. But the most important thing is that "THE CHEESE WOULD BE BETTER DISTRIBUTED AND DISTRIBUTED" because it would stay at home and an executive committee in charge would get more out of it.

Currently here in Venezuela we have the qualified staff to start this project for example is the brother and friend @marcelo182 specialist in computer science, and the apostol @darlenys01 who could give course to this wonderful project that would bring benefits to many people could even generate jobs direct and indirect; this is only the idea if it has the expected acceptance, maybe it can be supported from the top of our main collaborators within @steemchurch.
