Optimism means being enthusiastic, positive and with high hopes for the future in those things you have set out to achieve.

Optimism is the disposition of the spirit that expects the best and most positive of all, in psychology, ethics and philosophy. It is considered in these areas as the opposite current to pessimism.

Optimistic people usually suffer less depressive problems, and this because this quality helps to protect us from the hopeless vision that characterizes any problem, problem and in turn, helps us to see ourselves with more capacity to face conflicts and cope better with suffering.

 
Because what is your thought in your heart, such is he. Proverbs 23: 7 

Optimism promotes the activation of responses aimed at solving any type of problem. This prevents, fall into the typical error of trying to "forget" or "flee" from that painful or distressing element, which definitely helps find a solution to the conflict.  

Optimistic people seem to move more easily to solve what worries them. Those who have positive thoughts feel more capable, with more control and probability of success.

If an optimistic person has the ability to correctly express their experiences, will contribute much to society because it can encourage awakening minds, learn new concepts of yourself and above all to live in harmony with others.  Because we can all help each other if we want, we just have to be willing to do it.

Optimism means not living in the future, because you do not know the final outcome, although you can imagine how it can be, but it helps us, from the present, to forge a solid, stable and adequate way to make the right decisions. and correct.  

Optimism and motivation are directly related to play an important role because simply without optimism, there can be no motivation.  In short, optimism is the engine of motivation for a person to have enough strength, energy and courage to fight for their dreams. 

He who pays attention to the word will find good, and he who trusts in the Lord is blessed. PROVERBS 16:20

Keeping our faith, our hope placed in God all powerful and in Jesus Christ his only son, our savior, should be the sufficient reason to always maintain an optimistic behavior before life, because the fact of walking in the right way, should make us happy, because the reward for obeying and fulfilling the divine laws is salvation, but if with our good deeds and good works, we save many other lives, the reward will be even greater.
