The Bible Project - Featured YouTube Channel
YouTube has changed the way I consume content
They say that TV killed the radio, but I say YouTube has done the same to television. Sure TV and radio still have their place (kind of like newspapers and magazines), but user generated video content keeps getting better and better. These days when I'm in the mood to "watch some TV", I turn on YouTube.
The Bible Project YouTube channel
Today I'd like to talk about The Bible Project. They're a crowd-funded non-profit animation studio that has been making videos, podcasts, and other materials on the Bible for five years. They believe the Bible is an integrated story that points to Jesus, and I couldn't agree more. All their digital materials are free because of the generous donations from like-minded people from around the world.

In the past five years, The Bible Project has made a video for every book of the Bible as well as videos that explain Biblical themes and words. Their animation is never dull or boring as they continually try new styles and techniques. They also explain complicated or not so well-known topics in a way that is easy to understand for people new to the Bible and interesting for Bible nerds as well. For example, did you know God has a staff team? Crazy right? Well it's right there in the Bible and it's called the divine council. If you've never heard of it—or don't believe me—check out the video below.
