Angels and Demons
It is the value given to an individual action, it is a natural inclination to promote desired, motivated by an understanding of the environment, of persons (for example through a deep empathy exercise) or self. A set of good deeds (well-executed actions) who advocate the good for the own individual, or for third parties, or for a cause, or to society in general.
Some religions, such as the Jewish and Christian, contemplate the world history and the history of every human being as a historical struggle between good and evil. Why promote virtue, as the good road, and combat to sin, as the evil road. Even the biblical prophecies predict, for the future, the final triumph of good over evil.
The idea of evil or wickedness
It is associated to natural accidents or human behaviors that are considered harmful, destructive or immoral and are a source of moral or physical suffering.
The good and the evil
they are two very abstract concepts. Philosophies most accept the dualism of good and evil. Good coexists with evil and cannot have any "good" thing unless there is a "bad" and vice versa.
From the point of view of society, which is beneficial for humanity in general is considered good and if they are not in the interests of mankind in general are considered evil. Therefore, label anything as good or bad, clearly is based on perception and judgment. The society has made laws based on precedents from what he has seen as good and evil. Once again, the absence of light cannot be called you dark. Simply because the human eye can not penetrate through darkness, does not mean "darkness". What can be concluded is that the difference between good and evil is not absolute, but relative and grade.
The good and evil also depend on the context and results. If either an action or a person, it can be considered good in a particular situation, the same action or person can be labeled as bad in another situation. For example, the fire produces heat during the winter. When it destroys property or life, it is bad.
Also, something that is good for one person may be bad for another. When a soldier fighting for his country, he could kill several people during the war, during the confrontation. While the soldier, will be hailed as a hero in his country, will be the spouses and children of the dead who see him as a murderer.
The perception of what is good or bad can be influenced by religions and culture. Some religions accept polygamy, while other religions consider it a sin.
Summary:
Good and evil are based on the trial. When a person finds pleasure in something, he calls it good. On the other hand, if it brings you misery, he calls it bad.
Based on the background and what is beneficial or harmful to humanity in general, society has done a few laws that support certain actions around the world as good and evil. However, as well as religious beliefs, this may change with time.
Label action as good or bad is influenced by the situation, the result, religions and cultures.
