Our God is a God or orderliness. He times Evey of His activities and every of His promises to His children are out within a time frame. Many may count this as slackness be sure they lack understanding of God's timing. They want it done in a hurry and many have rushed out on God thinking the time is against them.

Joseph in the prison also makes series of moves to get out before God's appointed time, he lobbied the chided butler to make mention of him to pharoah for amnesty and release.

He was frustrated and almost giving up hope of getting out, this I believe may not be the only move he made towards getting out of the prison. The moment anyone is being set free, he will like to make one connect somebody on the outside who could facilitate his releases from prison. But because the Infinite God has better plans for his life, he made even the chief butler to forget him for full two years.

Our Lord Jesus also understood the principle of the fullness of time; he knew when his time was to come. He understood fully well the time of his showing. Before this time, he was only known as a carpenter. He did not manifest anything extra ordinary because the fullness of time has not come. At fullness of a man's time, he becomes that next miracle to happen. He began to manifest what was not possible before, the world and people begin to notice him.

The manifestation of the son cannot come until the time appointed of the father which is the fullness of time when full maturity is attained.

The necessary instrument that determines the fullness of time is the acquisition of knowledge. The above scripture best explained the factor for growth of man in reaching the fullness of his time which is 'tutorship'. To be under tutors , means to be taught , lectured, and learned.

The knowledge in this concept is not just general knowledge but the knowledge of God; it is this knowledge that can decide when the fullness of time will be. Many people experience delay in their lives financially, spiritually and materially basically because they have not attained the level of maturity needed to manage their desired blessing. God is not a waster.

No father no matter how living he is that can commit something if value into the hands of a child because a child is lacking in so many things. A child has little strenght, knowledge, and ability to handle issues of life. No matter what you desire , you need to grow up to manage it, you need to out away childishness and grow.

As a matter of fact, out growth is a major factor that decided whether the fullness of time has been reached or not. What do you desire? Then work on yourself growth to maturity and you will surely get there. ....
