"When the sun rises with scorching heat, the grass dries up, its flower falls and its beautiful appearance perishes.

God bless my friends.

"But have your patience complete, so that you may be perfect and complete, without missing anything."

It is patience that makes us adult, mature believers. But how does God produce patience in you? The most interesting thing here is that patience is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. You will never be patient trying to be patient, but the Holy Spirit will not put it on a silver tray and offer it to you as a gift. Patience, dear listener, comes to you through suffering and trials.

Let us read this verse again: But let patience have its complete work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. You will never become a perfect Christian, that is, complete, fully mature, if you do not have that patience. Therefore, some believers have never grown spiritually, but have remained in a state of spiritual infancy. Christians who do not grow up and remain children from a spiritual point of view, often give rise to rumors, criticism, disorder and tension in the community of Christians.

David said in Psalm 131, verses 1 and 2: Lord, my heart has not been puffed up and my eyes have not lifted up; neither walked in greatness nor in things too sublime. In truth I have behaved and I have silenced my soul like a child weaned from its mother; Like a weaned child is my soul! In other words, David said: "I discovered that I had to grow up, I had to stop drinking milk and start eating good, solid food, I needed to eat the bread of life." So God tested David and that test allowed him to grow up.

The apostle Paul wrote in his epistle to the Romans that patience is one of the results of having been justified by faith. In chapter 5 of that letter, verses 3 and 4 he wrote: 3 And not only this, but we also rejoice in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces patience; 4y patience, proven character; and the proven character, hope; As you can see, dear listener, there is a divine purpose behind all the experiences we live.
Today there are many shallow, shallow Christians. And many who, as Christians, are insecure. There are believers who try to be intellectual and question, question the Word of God. And then, there are Christians who maintain dubious attitudes in the face of new trends in the area of morality. The problem with such Christians is that they have never grown spiritually, they are like little children. God gives us trials and sufferings, dear listener, to produce patience in our lives and to become mature children of God. That is a great spiritual need we have today.

Patience is that quality that does not surrender to the circumstances, nor yield to the pressure of a test. Patience is the opposite of anger, and it is used when talking about God. Patience is associated with mercy.
