Hello beautiful people. Happy Sunday to you all. Hope you had a nice time in God's presence. I wanna share a few very important things with you about Help in ministering to people. I'm sure you'll connect with this.

To help is to make it possible or easier for someone to do something by providing advice, money, support, and so on. Help is needed by everybody, whether rich or poor, famous or unnoticed. Sometimes we feel its only the poor people that need help. That's a wrong notion, because many rich people don't actually have everything. Their money cannot buy love, happiness, children, salvation and the likes.

The place of helping people for effective ministry cannot be over emphasized. Many people today can link their salvation to help received one time or the the other from a Christian.
Help speaks louder in the hearts of people than voice. You cannot be a helper and have an ineffective ministry.

Join me as we consider these passages, we'll be looking at what help means from each of the verses. May you be blessed as we go through.

Deut 15:11

For the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you, saying, ‘You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land

What help means here is being openhanded to give to the poor and not being stingy. Its a known fact that we'll always have poor people around. But what God expects of us is to show concern to this people and meet their needs in anyway you can.

Eph 4:28

Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share.

This is to urge us to do something with our hands so that we can share with others. This is not for some people to remain lazy and expect to eat from others labour. No, it doesn't work that way. Everyone must work so all can eat.

Exodus 17: 11-12

As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning.
Moses' arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset.

I'm sure we all know this story. If Aaron and Hur didn't do what they did by helping Moses up with the stones, the Israelites would have been won. Here makes us to understand that no matter how little or large, help is help. We need ourselves to survive.

Gal 6:2

Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

We can see here that God himself says it. In fulfilling the law of Christ, we must be ready to help each other and carry others burdens. We must be able to tolerate each other to really live as children of God.

I'm sure we must have been blessed with this. I'll continue next time with this. But before I go, hear this...

~To call out for help means you cannot
cannot do something by yourself. This means that you sure need other people to live.

~Note that help can be in various ways; advice, care, information, prayers, etc..

~You will never know your worth but other people do.

~Your help can draw people to Jesus.

~And finally, add Help to your ministry.

We believe in assisting the needy. SteemChurch would like a situation were parishioners would lend a helping hand to one another. Thanks for your contribution.

Hi Oredebby, nice reading from you. Good explanation of bible verses. We all need to help one another for the world to be a better place. Even the poor can be of great help to the rich.

Yes ma'am. Helping sure goes a long way in preaching the good gospel of Christ than actual talking alone. After all, actions speak louder than words.

excellent initiative on your part the church of God must do this. help, be the solution to the problems that others can not solve congratulations

Great commentary from you @oredebby ...Our helps always comes from the LORD..
Stay bliss

As children of God we are obligated to emulate the life of Jesus Christ and help others around us because rendering help is an act of love and kindness and that is what God teaches us.

This is great message and I really love everything you have shared. God doesn't have phyical legs, hands, ears and eyes to reach out to humanity, this is why He always needs us to be agents of providing help to our fellows. God has purposely blessed each one of us in some way and that is for the benefit of the church. We make God to be a unfair if we fail to help others with what He has blessed us with.

Jesus Christ is our role model and He is always committed in helping people without considering His own pleasure.

We need to help people around us without expecting anything in return.
There is always something to give out to the needy

Together we can grow by stretching out hands of help to people around us.
There are always people around us that need our help.
It is our responsibility to look for the area you can be of help and help people.

We are commanded to carry each others burden.

Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Galatians 6:2

We must always give help to those people who are weak, people who are helpless, what kind of Christian we would be if we can support and help one another... Help your neighbor today
