Decisive Issues: Quiet Time
Hello beautiful people. Its another week and God has been faithful. Today, i'll be talking about our relationship with God.
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father
Matt 7:21
What does it take to please God or to enter into heaven? The one and only thing which wraps other things around is for you to have a personal relationship with God. To have quiet time with God is to have decisive issues which means, Obedience, that is, hearing from God what he wants you to do and doing it the way he wants it.
When you're sure you wanna have a quiet time with God, you have to separate yourself and pray. Jesus is a perfect example. He prayed always in a solitary place. The primary reason for decisive issues is hearing from God. Our God is always concerned with where you are and His presence is all that matters.
To get something from God, get the new things and not just better things. New things are far better than the old things that became better. I hope you understand that.
Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.
Dan 2:16
Always try not to be pressurized into answering questions. Daniel was a perfect example. Even though many people wanted him to give meanings to the dream of the king, he still demanded for some time to seek God's face so he won't make any mistake. Note that all secrets belong to God.
Have you even wondered why we have just night vigil and no morning or afternoon vigil? The night time is meant for prayers and the day time is for making decrees. Then, when you are blessed, it is not meant for just you, but for your whole generation.
Lastly, the difference between situations and solutions is the prayers involved.
There's nothing more important than hearing from God yourself.
