Bible Text :-John 15:26
When the counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify another me.
INTRODUCTION
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the God head (which gives him equality with God father) is the gift of the father to the body of Christ. He is the promise of the father as prophesied by Joel (Joel 2:28-30) and the seal of our redemption (Ephesians 1:13-14). Without him, the believers is void of a victorious Christian life as he reveals to us the mind of God. It is therefore important that adequate understanding about this person should be revealed to us for productive fellowship and intimacy with him.
Friends and fellow believers, it is a great gift which is to be treasured that we have received from God the father through his Son Jesus Christ (The Holy Spirit). Without this Holy Spirit our lives here on earth as a believer would have been miserable and a mirage, what a great privileged to always be under the presence of the Holy Spirit. He is the Spirit of truth which the world knows not, but we have known it and it abides with us daily.
l say a live which is not governor by the Holy Spirit is always a life of chaos and full of trouble. After seeking for the kingdom of God, the next phase is to search to get the infilling of the Holy Spirit because it helps you to know the will of God the father (1 Corinthians 29-11).
Who Is The Holy Spirit
1 He is a personality that has emotions, a will, mind, intellect and can be related with just like a friend we keep in the world. (Romans 8:27,1 Thessalonians 5:19, Ephesians 4:30, John 15:26).
2 He is God and has equal ability as the father. (Genesis 1:26, 2 Corinthians 3:17)
3 He is the power of the God head. (1 Corinthians 12:4, Luke 1:35)
What Are The Roles The Holy Spirit Plays To The World (unbelievers)?
1 He convict of sins John 16:9
2 He convict of righteousness John 16:10
3He convict of judgement Hebrews 9:27

How Do You Get Intimate With The Holy Spirit?
1 Fellowship through praying in the Spirit and in understanding Acts 2:1-4,1 Corinthians 14:2
2 Obedience to his instructions Isaiah 1:19,1 Samuel 15:22
3 The word of God John 16:13
What Can Hinder Our Intimacy With The Holy Spirit?
1 Disobedience
2 Not acknowledging his presence proverbs 3:6
3 sin 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
4 Not giving him time Matthew 6:21
Sustainable victory in our Christian walk is not guaranteed without the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22). It is therefore important that we give in all diligence knowing him intimately because he seeks oneness with us.

I read the verses. I don't believe they mean that the Holy Spirit has a role with unbelievers.
We receive the Holy Spirit when we're saved. The more we mature in Christ the more the Holy Spirit moves and directs us to do His will. There's no way to receive more of the Spirit except by growing in Christ.
don't misunderstand the whole thing.The role we are saying here means before salvation it is the Holy Spirit that perform the work of regeneration and conviction in the life of a unbeliever.The book of John 16:9, this was when Christ was speaking with his disciples telling them before hand what the comforter will be doing.
Let me as you, how can you know Christ if not through the help of the Holy Spirit, you can say through the word of God, but I tell you the word of God itself are writen by men of God and are been written down as the Holy Spirit directs them. You can never understand the scriptures except with the help of this Holy Spirit. I tell you it is all we have got left, believe it or not.

God the Holy Spirit is the most misunderstood part of the Trinity. I cringe whenever I hear him referred to as "it". As you show, he is present all over the Bible and yet we know nearly nothing about him because we just pass over him while looking for the father and son in our bibles.
hmm, yes he his a person who has emotions, will like us, but most people have limited him to just a force that get to hold of people to use them. I tell you the person of the Holy Spirit can just not be treated in a day, we continue to know him more and more as we fellowship with him
