A young lady who had gone through a terrible and extremely difficult times wrote this:

One day, I decided to quit my relationship,my job ,my spirituality (church)...I even decided to quit my life next (SUICIDE).I went to the woods to have one last talk with God ."God", she said,"can you give me one good reason not to quit?"His answer surprised me.

Look around 'God said,"Do you see the fern and the bamboo?""Yes"I replied "When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds.I took good care of them.I gave them light and also gave them water

The fern quickly grew up from the earth with brilliant green leaves,but nothing came from the bamboo seed,yet l did not quit on the bamboo seed .In the second year ,the fern grew more and yet nothing came from the bamboo seed.In the third and fourth years,there was still nothing from the bamboo tree,yet I did not quit.

Then the fifth year,a tiny sprout emerged from the earth!compare to the fern it was seemily small and insignificant, but just 6 months later,the bamboo rose to over 80 feet tall.It has spend five years growing roots.

Don't you know my child that all this time you have been struggling, you have been growing roots? "What a great story!.

God did not quit on the bamboo and He will not quit on you.You may be thinking that you are a failure but you are not.Stop despising yourself and stop comparing yourself to others because your season will come.Like your father God ,you must call the things that be not there as though they were.Lay hands on yourself and prophecy on your future daily.

Like the bamboo, you will overtake those ahead of you now,if you just determine to wait on the Lord.No trial seems pleasant now,but it is for your glorious good in the end.

Hear what Hugh Miller said."Problems are only opportunities with thorns on them,"Trust God!Resist sorrow!Laugh even in the warfront!Your end will be a wonder to behold.
