Atheists usually cite their inability to understand how ‘a God who is both all good and all powerful can allow bad things to happen in the world’ the answer is simple, logical and hard to refute.

1. God gave us free will, and most of the unpleasant things that happen to humans are the result of the actions, or inaction of other humans.

2. He also handed control of this planet to Satan for a period of time, to allow him to prove his claim that humans will only grow closer to God through adversity.
