STEEMCHURCH - THE LOVE OF GOD HAS NO PRICE
The many waters can not quench love, nor will the rivers drown it. If man gave all the goods of his house for this love, they would certainly belittle him.
Song of Solomon 8: 7
"The many waters can not quench love." How true is this with respect to God's love! Nothing could turn it off and there will never be anything that can do it. God made known his love through the prophets, but often these were rejected and persecuted. Then he spoke to us through his beloved Son, whom he sent to this world. But he was not heard either! On the contrary, he was hated, condemned and crucified. However, God's love did not go out.
On the cross, Christ endured from God the punishment we deserved because of our sins. God did not avenge himself because we rejected his Son, but he proposed him as Savior to all men. Jesus, crucified, prayed: "Father, forgive them, because they do not know what they are doing" (Luke 23:34).
Love moved him and sustained him. I wanted to honor the holiness of God and give sinners the forgiveness of their sins.
"If man gave all the goods of his house for this love, they would certainly despise him." Indeed, it is offensive to want to buy love, and much more the love of God! It can not be bought at any price! That love expands freely from the heart of our Lord over all humanity.
All men on earth, rich or poor, are in a condition of equality: they are incapable of giving something in exchange for divine love; however, you can receive it free of charge and say: Lord, come to my life! ... Thank you, Lord! He is waiting for this response to his love.

The ransom sacrifice is one that is outstanding. It's impossible to see a father that will sacrifice his child for others today. We have to value the love that God extended to us.

Gods love for man is irreplaceable and incomparable no human can actually do the kind of sacrifice the father did for man,he did a precious and a priceless sacrifice which oozes out from his abundant and unimaginable love he had for mankind
you are in everything right, it is an incalculable love
For God so loved us that he gave us hos only son. I do not think there is anyone today that can die for another person and the closest to this would be a mother dieing for her child but God's love is more than that. He loves us dearly and this love was clearly displayed on the cross.
So it is on the cross that he showed us that immense love that he has for us, a sacrifice for us to have life and life in abundance
