God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, and ... he walked doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil, because God was with him. And we are witnesses of all the things Jesus did in the land of Judea and Jerusalem.
Acts 10: 38-39
The miracles of Jesus did not leave indifferent to any of his contemporaries. For some they were signs of the power of God, for others they questioned their religious traditions, and for the majority they were a source of curiosity and astonishment.
In fact, how can one remain indifferent to the resurrection of Lazarus, the miraculous cures of the deaf, the blind, the lepers? How not to be impressed by the liberation of men possessed by satanic spirits, by the care of Jesus towards sick children that returned healthy to their parents? How could he not be moved when he saw his compassion towards those hungry crowds he fed by miraculously multiplying a few loaves of bread?
How to enumerate all the towns that he surprised with the wonders of his power and his love? And all those mountains, banks and synagogues where he healed the sick, changed sadness into joy and death into life?
But the greatest of all miracles is His own story! Jesus, without ceasing to be God, came as man to this world accepting all the consequences of such humiliation, including his death on a cross, followed by his resurrection.
Although we can not see it, today he lives, knows and loves each one of us personally. Let's accept having an encounter with him to allow him to fulfill a new miracle: save our soul!
Jesus, focused his ministry to work miracles, but miracles are for people to believe in him, to convince himself that he is almighty and achieve salvation.
that's how those miracles are for your children, you just have to have FAITH just like a grain of mustard
Certainly Jesus did and does wonderful miracles, but, the greatest miracle was to die on the cross and give us salvation @ spite.
