Every Christian can and should enjoy the Joy of the Lord. But I believe that He has a “Reserved Stock” of Heavenly Wine for a certain group of people.

Reserve wine is wine of a higher quality than usual, or a wine that has been aged before being sold, or both. Traditionally winemakers would "reserve" some of their best wine rather than sell it immediately, coining the term.
In similarity to the term "old vines," "reserve" is meant to indicate a wine that is special, or at least different in flavor or aging potential. In general, the more reputable the producer, the more likely the term "reserve" has a genuine meaning. Similarly, the presence of a non-reserve or "regular" bottling with a producer that also sells reserve wine makes it more likely that there is something unique inside. Partly because of the often vague meaning of "reserve," many wineries produce named cuvées instead. Typically these are reserve wines in the genuine meaning of the word.

The word Joy in the Bible means to spin around. Have you ever been so happy, or more fitting, so joyful, that you spun around in joy? This is our heritage as Christians! To have the Joy of the Lord! “The Joy of the Lord is our Strength!”

Where does joy come from?
How do you acquire this joy?
What is the “Reserve Stock of this joy”?

Eph 5:18 “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;”

First let’s discuss the normal Joy we have in Christ. Joy and happiness are not the same thing. Happiness comes from outside. You get a raise, you have a nice meal or someone sends you some SBD. All of this makes a person happy. You don’t feel well, you have a bill you don’t have money to pay or you lose your job. This will make you unhappy! Happiness is our response to something that happens in our life.
Joy comes from the inside! We can have a day that did not make us happy, but at the same time still have the Joy of the Lord! We have Joy because we have Hope! We have Joy because we are confident in our God! We have Joy by Faith. Jesus said, “His Joy, no one cane take it away from you or I”. We have Joy because our sins are forgiven! We have Joy because our future home is forever in our eternal home with Christ Jesus.

Joh 16:22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Where does Joy come from? God Himself is our Joy and He experiences Joy!

This is why Joy is one of the fruit of the Spirit! Real joy can only come from one place! A real tangible presence and experience with the One Who is our Joy!

But look at this scripture with me! This will change your outlook of God and how He IS. Many of us only think of God as someone far away. Perhaps you think He is angry! But you know, God has always wanted to walk in “The cool of the day” with His children. (Gen 3:8).

But look at this!

Zep 3:17 “The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.”

Wow, wow, wow! He will rejoice over you! YOU! He will Joy over you with singing! OVER YOU! In His Love as He is with His Children (in our midst), He will Joy and sing! Incredible! Can you imagine God spinning around, singing a song over you?
This is what the scripture says! We must believe His Word!

God is not waiting to judge you, if you are His child! He is not expecting you to make a mistake! He is waiting for you and I to believe His Word, believe on the finished Work of His Son and to begin doing what He created you for, for His Glory. As we do these things, He rejoices over is with singing! What an AWESOME GOD!

Rom 14:17 “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”

Joy come from the Holy Spirit! We are to never ever lose this Joy! Just having the Joy of the Lord, we can conquer armies, we can run through a troop and leap over a wall. We can never be defeated as we retain this Joy!

This is the normal joy of every Christian! I have not even yet, spoke or the Reserved Stock! The Special Joy! A joy we can all have, but not everyone will enjoy! This RESERVED STOCK of the Wine of heaven is reserved for those who engage in the one most important thing to the heart of God.
Some Christians go their entire life and never experience the reserve stock of the Joy of the Holy Spirit. As you are reading this, as long as you are still living, you can enjoy this Heavenly Wine.

If you have lost your joy, repent before God! Humble yourself before God. Draw close to Him and He will draw close to you!
He is watching, just waiting for you! Like a great Daddy, to restore you and renew you in His love 💕. Ask Him to restore to you the Joy of His Salvation. He will!

Psa 51:9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

Psa 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psa 51:13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
