MEN IN POSITION AND POSITION IN MEN

Hello steemians hope you had a great day I would love to share with us today a very insightful post

Matthew 20:26-27
27And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:

It's disheartening at a time like this when servants are scarce and not recognised in out days where we are only seeing and celebrating ministers, leaders, Chief, master and so on.

Our generation now lacks the effects of men in positions but all we see and are seeing are just the positions

We couldn't see the man we knew before getting to that position but seeing the positioned men and not men in position .

Man will be a man no matter how close you are to God for He will never share His glory and personality with any man.
He's a God that rewards all faithfulness and service.
The highest for a man is to be like a god or Christ on earth or at most not to be seen by men again like Enoch and Elijah.

The fruits of any high position is highly demanding. It entails perfection, holiness, righteousness, care, love, service, goodness,
And the people under doesn't care whom the person is but expects all these at same time and every where.
And if it should continue to do this, we will not only get injured but limit God's will in the era of the leader for it's an enemy of unity.

Jesus Christ says there's no good man on earth

Why do we see position and got blindfolded of the carrier of the position?
That's why Jesus warns that before any man should desire or get to a position ,he or she must first be a servant and it's only with this that you can serve the people of God for the position will never make you a servant when you have not been a servant from the onset.
Position have the capability to summon pride which connotes position in men.
Servantship will always discharge humility at its peak representing men in position
Servantship is where you see yourself unqualified and not better than any one else
Position will always make a man pose

And no matter the testimony and works of a leader, it should never drive you to a point where you will begin to see him or her as a good man except God.
The men in positions also should know that they can't please someone that's against them but can only please the ones in the same kingdom serving the same God.

Any man that sees himself or herself unqualified will always leave to be qualified
A servant before leading is a leader with pleasing servants.
Every position is to help you and not you to help the position.
If men have been seeing you as a good man which is normal, it's expected of you to make yourself known as a man who just found grace and privilege and not by works for not many nobles or rich are called.
Don't see or expects positions but expect man .
👉🏻Support your leader, help, love, care, and be obedient to him or her for God has made it like that.
For we ourselves aren't good ,then why do we expects our fellow man to be perfect in all.
Put yourself in that shoe and you will never walk barefooted in life and till eternity.

Don't let us see positions in men but men in positions
