Thoughts.

This post is about thoughts; The power and potency of thoughts, and the impact that thoughts can have on our lives.
You are what you think.
Like the verse at the inception of this blog says, a man's outward image is a reflection of the predominant thoughts in his mind. That goes a long way to tell the importance and potency of our minds. The mind is the place/environment from whence our thoughts emanate. The mind is the greatest asset given to man. To win and succeed in life, you must succeed in your mind first. The mind is the most powerful tool given to man.
Thoughts are powerful.
Thoughts are pictures of the mind that have both constructive or destructive possibilities and have power with emotions, in other words, thoughts affect your emotions. Sometimes They are imaginations, but, they are more than imaginations because imaginations are only the pictures that come to you, but thoughts a lot of times are created deliberately by you. Thoughts are deliberately meditated on.
The importance of thoughts.
Thoughts are so important to our lives. Successful people are people who have mastered their thoughts. Until you change a man's thinking you cannot change his life, you cannot change his state and therefore cannot change his estate.
The importance of pictures.
The quickest way to affect your thoughts is with pictures, that is sight, it means you have to see something. When Abraham couldn't have a child, God told him he would have a child, Abraham and Sarah scorned and laughed. God, in order to condition/help Abraham's thinking had to work with pictures. God took Abraham out and asked him to look up and see the stars in the sky and count the stars. Abraham couldn't count the stars, they were so many. Then God said: "...so shall they seed be." God had to change his thinking with pictures. Until you see pictures of what you want, you can't have it.
The extent of your vision is the boundary of your blessing.
How far your vision can go is how much you will possess. How far can you see? What are your thoughts saying? What is your mind saying? Your thoughts may can keep you in bondage or in glory depending on how you use it. You can use the power of your mind and your thoughts to create the future you want for yourself. Your mind is malleable enough to take as much pictures as you can put there to influence your thinking.
Every invention came as a result of the thinking of people. Don't just let your mind go anywhere, you choose your thoughts. That's what makes the difference between a success and a failure.
Bible admonishes that you mount guard over your mind. Don't let every thought settle in there. You choose the one to accept. The thoughts you choose to allow, those are the thoughts that will affect you.

No man had ever grown, and can never grow beyond his thoughts. Thought is mind in motion. The use of pictures to provoke thoughts is a simple but trust me, it is a powerful unfailing thought exercise.
