Daily Challenge Saturday - FOOD
There is one Bible story which we used to hear every summer vacation when we were kids. This is about a boy who has five loaves of barley and 2 pieces of fish.
FIVE BARLEY LEAVES AND 2 PIECES FISH
Jesus went to a mountain with full of crowd. There were 5000 crowds followed Him because they have heard that Jesus healed a sick person. Crowd kept on coming towards Him, and then Philip came to Him and asked if where they can buy bread for the crowd. Then a boy showed up holding five barley leaves and two pieces of fish but they were doubt because it is not enough for them. Jesus took the leaves and fish from the boy, looked up in the heaven and prayed then distributed to the 5000 crowd and all have eaten. When people saw the sign they were convinced that He is the Prophet.
Lesson in this story:
In real life we are easily to give up, easy to lose hope. We thought it is already the end of everything but its not. We are not alone. If others made it why we can't? Don't give up. Jesus Christ gave his life for our sins of not giving up to carry the cross until he died. God is with us and will provide everything. According to Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand".
