Summer is just around the corner and with the heat we are all looking for refreshing drinks that help us to quench the high temperatures and for players to feel comfortable and able to play THE BINGO STEEMCHURCH with a delicious drink from the drinks factory. STEEMCHURCH

And to help in this task this week we bring you a simple recipe that you can do with your kids, fresh and above all very nutritious and healthy. It is a refreshing pear juice with fruit skewer.

The fundamental basis of this recipe is the Pear because it provides the amount of vitamins and minerals that our body needs. And is that a single Rincón de Soto pear is rich in potassium, which helps regulate the balance of the body's growth, calcium, phosphorus and iron among other components. A healthy, balanced and very complete food.

The recipe that we bring you this week is very simple and fast. You only need:

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 Pears
The juice of a lemon
Ice.

preparation:

Peel the pears and cut them into pieces.
We squeeze the lemon juice.
We chop the ice. In the blender we introduce the pear pieces and the lemon juice and beat it until it is completely liquid.
To present it, place the crushed ice in the baso, glass or jar and pour the juice over it.
To decorate we take a skewer and place our favorite fruit, we have opted for strawberry, grape and cherry.
