Searching for God
When I met that God, who had spoken to me many times, in different ways, when I knew His great love and what He had done for me, I felt His presence and His peace. He spoke to me in the middle of my problems and asked me what do you want? My eyes were opened, I understood that it was his sweet presence that I lacked and I did not have another, but surrender, give my life to Him. Those of us who live with God, we can say, that in different situations He speaks to us and a of the questions He asks us and we have recorded in His Word is: What do you have in your hand?

looking for god I took a moment where I understood that my life had no meaning, I could not keep going like this and I started thinking about God and looking for him. I did not understand what was happening to me and what I needed, but I felt something strange in my heart, something was missing.

How many times do we wholeheartedly wish to serve the Lord and be faithful in everything, but feel "insolvent" and seemingly without resources? It seems that if we do not have enough to share and help others, or, if we do not have a specific ministerial appointment, it is like we put our arms down and keep waiting.
The Bible declares in Ecclesiastes 9: 10th
Everything that comes to your hand to do, do it according to your strength.
Everything you can do, do it with all your efforts.
Everything you can do, do it with joy.
In the Bible we find many situations where God asks similar questions:
What do you have in your hand? I ask Moses, when God called him to be an instrument in the liberation of his slave people in Egypt: A rod, replied Moses, a simple rod with which I feed the sheep of my father-in-law. God said, "Take it and use it for me" (Exodus 4: 2-4). God wants us to use what we have in our hands.
But God wants you to use and consecrate what you have, what He has given you ... Many think that what they have is very little ... Maybe you just have ... Your voice, your hands, your feet, a little strength, ideas, or a smile ... Use it for the glory of God. Remember that with a simple rod: Moses did: prodigies and miracles. He guided the people of God. He drew water from the Rock. It opened the red sea. Imagine everything you can do with what you have in your hand, if God calls you. How little the Lord can do much: For him who believes and obeys, everything is possible (Mark 9:23)
What do they have to eat and share? Jesus asked his disciples after the Sermon on the Mount. They answered: there is a boy who offers: Five loaves and two fish, but it is very little for so many people. Quickly a disciple evaluated the cost: "200 denarii would not be enough to buy the amount so that each one eats a little" Felipe reported (Juan 6: 9-13).
On that occasion Jesus fed more than five thousand people with what little they had, and when the crowd was satisfied, he said to his disciples: Pick up the pieces of bread left over. Twelve baskets filled!
God can do great miracles with little, and if necessary, with nothing. Put everything you have in Jesus' hands and share it with those He shows you.
As the widow of Sarepta, he had: A handful of flour and a little oil. She obeyed God and trusted her promises, she shared with Elijah her last portion of food. The promise of God in his life was fulfilled. The flour did not run out or the oil ran out (1 Kings 17:16).
What weapons do you have to face the giant ?: Five smooth stones of the stream and a sling (1 Samuel 17:40) How are you going to fight alone against this Philistine! Saul replied. You are only a boy, while he has been a warrior all his life (1 Samuel 17:33). David knew that the Lord, who delivered him from the clutches of the lion and the bear, will also deliver him from the power of the Philistine. David was sure that God was with him and defeated the Goliath Giant with the power of God. The years passed and David became a man whose life had many dangers and conflicts. He was the writer of the beautiful Psalm 23 that reflects his faith and trust in God: "The Lord is my shepherd; nothing will be missing. In places of delicate pastures it will make me rest; Beside still waters will shepherd me. It will comfort my soul and guide me through paths of righteousness "(Psalm 23: 1-3).
God invites all of us to place all our Faith and Trust in Him, who is our refuge, and strength and who will guide our steps at all times. Do not limit God. For Him there is nothing small, have faith, be obedient, consecrate your life to God and you will see how you will live the great miracle. God will use you in great and small things for his Glory and Honor and you will be a blessing for many lives.
Great content brother. I appreciate the effort it must have took bringing so many different passages together. Spiritual nourishment indeed!
