STEEMCHURCH: The son good and son bad.
Hello my dear brothers of @steemchurch, today I am going to talk about the good son and the bad son, a lovely story of reflection for the family.
The son good and son bad
Cain and Abel, children of Adam and Eve both have grown up, Cain has become a farmer, is engaged in the cultivation of grains, fruits and vegetables.
Abel raises sheep, he likes to care for the lambs, they grow and become big sheep and then he had a whole flock of sheep to tend it.
One day Cain and Abel bring a gift to God, Cain brings him food that he has grown and Abel brings him the best sheep he has. Jehovah likes Abel and his gift, but he does not like Cain and his gift, likes Abel, because he is good, he loves Jehovah and he loves his brother, but Cain is bad, he does not love his brother.
That is why God tells Cain that he must change, but Cain does not pay attention to him, he is very angry because God has preferred Abel.
Cain tells Abel: "Let's go to the field." There when they reach the field and are alone, Cain hits his brother, he gives him so hard that he kills him.
God does not like people like Cain, that's why, after Cain killed his brother. God punished him by sending him away from the rest of his family.
When Cain left to live in another part of the earth, he took one of his sisters with him, and she became his wife, eventually Cain and his wife began to have children.
Other sons and daughters of Adam and Eve married and also had children. Soon there were many people on earth.
Genesis 4: 2-26; John 3:11, 12; John 11:25.
Record in your heart these words that I am commanding you today. Inculcase them continuously to your children. Tell them about them when you are at home and when you go along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Deuteronomy 6: 6-7 | NVI |
I beg of you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that everyone live in harmony and that there are no divisions among you, but that they remain united in the same thought and in the same purpose.
