He emerged at the end of 2009 its Members: Roberts Green (lead vocalist), Janiel Ponciano (leading Dominican bassist).
, Katiuska and Ángelo Frilop, all from the Dominican Republic. It is an idea that God gave me (Angelo) and I presented it to the boys. The group was almost ready but we did not have a name yet, I started looking and found 'Barak' as mentioned above; in Hebrew means prostrate in adoration and I said, we will definitely call ourselves that way.
Ángelo Frilop: Musical producer, composer and pianist. He is the leader of the group and as a musician and producer has a long list of ministries with which he has collaborated. His songs, performed by renowned Spanish-speaking worshipers, have blessed the lives of thousands of people around the globe.

Always talking about some of its members, Katiuska: Lead Vocalist. With an acclaimed previous production as a soloist, and with successful tours of different countries such as Mexico and the United States, Katiuska has put together a vast experience. In this new stage of his life, he decides to be part of this ministry, adhering to it, all his talent and experience together, expanding the gospel of the kingdom through music.
MY GREAT LOVE, is the title of this first musical work by Barak. It consists of 16 songs, among which pop, rock, hip hop and R & B styles stand out. It was recorded in some of the most outstanding recording studios in the Dominican Republic, and with the collaboration of the most important musicians of that country. Written and produced by Ángelo Frilop, MI GRAN AMOR is full of songs of high social sensitivity, dealing with topics such as abortion, love of a couple, love of mothers, as well as songs of personal improvement; the songs of adoration play a preponderant role in the list of themes of MY GREAT LOVE.

Barak has had the opportunity to share stages with artists such as Tercer Cielo, Abraham Velasquez, Danny Berrios, Lucia Parker, Alvaro Torres, Marcos Yaroide, Daniel Calveti, Lilly Goodman, Samuel Hernandez and many more, and were invited to represent Christian music in one of the most renowned secular events in Costa Rica, called "El Teletón" infecting their joy and downloading their music as it has done in each scenario where they have performed.

His most recent production 2013: GENERACIÓN SEDIENTA has broken all the parameters and achievements previously achieved. It is a record recorded live, which exceeded all expectations. BARAK is characterized by songs that reflect messages of love, peace, hope, faith and extreme adoration to the Lord. Songs like ¨Spirit Santo Ven ¨Sumérgeme en Gloria¨ have gone beyond borders and have become hymns of praise and adoration in congregations throughout Ibero-America.

A large part of their songs, are composed unexpectedly through spontaneous chants that often flow while singing praises as part of the worship in their church. These young people transmit a very good chemistry and feel like family, which is undoubtedly a key to heavenly harmony and further proof that, along with the lyrics of their songs, the group has the backing and seal of God in their ministry. Proof of this is the testimony they shared with us, in which they tell us that they had previously received a prophecy for Barak, in which they were told that they would see the group filling stadiums, among other things.
