FAITH IN HARD TIME

Hello @steemchurch family! I'm so glad to be here again.  I've been away for a while due to  some reasons but I'm glad to be here again.

Today I will be sharing with us something very crucial to our life. I've thought really hard but I could not get the best title for this message. But I'm sure at the end of this message,  everyone who went through it will get the perfect topic to this message that will be of great help in each person's life. 

Recently, I have felt lost at what God wants for my life.  I Chase after things so desperately that I hardly remember that he exist.  I do things according to my wisdom and I rely so much on my own  calculations but believe me it has been a fruitless effort all the way. So also are thousands of people like me enduring all kinds of trouble be it spirituall, mentally,  physically or emotional.  

In Isiah 43:2 KJV the Bible say :"When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."

This is one of God's promises for our life but it is very disappointing that Christians don't remember God at times like this. Rather, they make use of their own understanding. He has promised to be with us when we go through deep water but we don't even remember to commit our way to him. 

Psalm 37:5 AMP:Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.

Many at times, God may not want to get us out of our trouble as soon as we expect simply because he knows that what we are going through is transforming us into a better person,  stronger than how we use to be,  and through this releasing more strength to face tribulations and trials and to conquer them all.  But this could only happen to those whose faith is matured and who put their trust in him.

As Christ follower and a believer that we are,  all we need to make a perfect future glory is absolutely certain with God, therefore we don't have to worry because the worries of today are nothing 

Roman  8:18 KJV:For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

But most importantly, we need to know that we will over come tribulations and trial because we have God by our side. 

HOW TO OVERCOME THE CHALLENGING OBSTACLES WITH FAITH : 

1. Concentrate on the power of God instead of the size of your problem : God is bigger than the problems you're facing,  place your focus on God and see those problem as opportunity  to test how strong your faith is and how right is your work with God. When you're able to focus on God's power,  you will realize that you will be able solve those problem with God's help and gain more confidence. 

2. Surrender yourself to God's plan and trust in it: God is ever faithful and true with his plans,  God’s plan for your life is in your best interest, so choose to follow it faithfully by seeking God’s help to solve your problems rather than trying to solve them in your own limited strength.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

In conclusion brethren,  Jesus is the way the truth and the life,  he know the end from the beginning and there's nothing  too hard for him to do.  He knows we will face tribulations and therefore he already settled it on the cross.  All we need do is to have faith that all worries is gone. Believe and trust in him and he will make lines fall in pleasant places.
