DON'T COMPROMISE
Hello Steemians @steemchurch community, today I bring to you a wonderful topic which can help us reform our lives to the way God wants it to be, may you be bless with it in Jesus name.

Compromise is rarely an act of accident or mistake, it is usually a deliberate course that seeks to find life on our terms.
Daniel 3:16-18 :Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.”
Too often we believe it is okay to compromise our faith, our belief system, and moral values for the sake of getting what we think we deserve in life. We are convinced it is easier to forsake God and refute what he has promised and clearly shown us in order to justify why success or happiness should come to us by our own doing.
However, regardless what answers may come to questions that we may never understand reasoning. We should never compromise our faith for the sake of man or worldly possessions or anything that would cause us to concede opposite our belief. Nor should we let anything prevent us from believing God is our source of provision and is in control.
HOW DO WE COMPROMISE THE WORD OF GOD?
• When we fail to accept the Word: “For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths” ( 2 Timothy 4:3-4 ).
When we place our desires, and that of others, ahead of the Word of God: “While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? Why is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God” ( Acts 5:4 ).As true believers in Christ, we must accept God’s Word as absolute, inerrant truth ( 2 Timothy 3:16 ). We must be fully obedient to His Word ( John 14:15 ; 1 John 5:3 ; 2 John 1:6 ). And we must recognize that His Word is not to be compromised for any reason or for anyone ( Deuteronomy 17:11 ; Proverbs 24:7 ; Revelation 3:15 ).
Once we compromise, the process of sin has commenced, and godly character, which is so precious to God, begins to erode, opening the way for sin on a larger scale. If a wise man like Solomon went from ignoring a seemingly obscure admonition to the flagrant breaking of many of God's commandments, we, too, can certainly yield to the peril of compromise. We must learn to spot and avoid the compromises that lead to sins.
DANGER OF COMPROMISE
One of the danger of compromise is that it Treads On Grace.
Standing at the edge of Sodom, the angels tell Lot to run for his life, head to the mountains to take shelter, don’t look back nor stay anywhere in the plain. Lot’s response is that it’s kind of dangerous up in those hills and there is this little town just a couple of miles away, one of the five cities that were about to be destroyed. If it was okay he’d really prefer to go there instead.
By grace Lot is given permission to go to the city of Bela, whose name is now changed to Zoar. Though the city of Zoar is spared because of Lot being there, Lot’s wife dies as they go to this city. The compromise of doing what Lot wanted in front of what God wanted left temptation in her way and she was overcome by the judgment that fell on Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboiim. The consequence of treading on grace is that we tend to step outside of its protection, like stepping out from under an umbrella and we are hit. Compromise treads on grace.
In these perilous times, it is of the utmost importance that we resist the urge to use our human reasoning to compromise with God's law. We must be particularly careful in what we perceive as the "smaller areas" of God's Word. Why? Because Satan often makes his greatest inroads by getting us to relax in little things and gradually convincing us to do the same in more vital matters. If he can just get his foot in the door, he feels he has won a great victory and can make us slip away from God. Paul, however, exhorts us, ". . . nor give place to the devil" ( Ephesians 4:27 ).
Don’t settle for something less than what you believe. Do not compromise your faith for the sake of others to receive. What you think you deserve or are rightfully due.
Keep the faith.
God will reward you.!
In conclusion, The body can endure compromise and the mind can be seduced by it. Only the heart protests. The heart. Carbon-based primitive in a silicon world.
Thanks for time

It's really wise not to make compromise with regards our faith. We can fall out from God's love because of such compromises. Anything that will make us think of compromising should be romoved from our minds.
Hello! I find your post valuable for the wafrica community! Thanks for the great post! @wafrica is now following you! ALWAYs follow @wafrica and use the wafrica tag!
The other day, the devil tried to negotiate with Christ to give up his faith or His mission but He stood still and never compromise. The devil is always moving around seeking someone to devour and should never give him the chance. Everything in this world cannot be compared to our salvation in Christ, we should stand still and look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.
Christianity has been riddled with a lot of compromise lately. What people don't get is when you compromise and try rationalizing sin, we push God further away from our hearts.
1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.
That is a well concluded point here "In conclusion, The body can endure compromise and the mind can be seduced by it. Only the heart protests. The heart. Carbon-based primitive in a silicon world"
The dangers of compromise is serious "One of the danger of compromise is that it Treads On Grace."when the Grace is tread on what will the believer do Hmmmm

It's extremely insightful not to make bargain with respects our confidence. We can drop out from God's adoration in light of such bargains. Anything that will influence us to consider trading off ought to be romoved from our psyches.
