How Useful are you!

Now throw this useless servant into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
Matthew 25:30 NLT

If our master can layoff those not useful to him, I think every enterprise that really want to go far, must consciously take pleasure in laying off those not useful.
If you read the preceding verses, you will notice the mindset of this unproductive, worthless and useless servant, compared to those generating results.
One common thing about unproductive, and useless servants or employees is that they are lazy in many things except to generate excuses.
The truth is many of the things we generate excuses for, were actually the things God would have used to uplift us.
Stagnation and uselessness is a function of generating excuses in place of hard work
All others did the work except this young man who only came up with too many excuses.
Friends, how many useless people have you allowed to share fellowship with you...
The people you relate with regular in life will pattern your mindset in life.
In our organizations including churches, we have this sets of leaders and people who don't want to do the work, but will always find faults in other people's work.
Worthlessness is when you are not doing your work and always feeling that others are doing your work.
In God, we are replaceable, if a task, vision is given to you and you play with it... God will show that same thing to someone who is ready to run.
How useful are you to your organization?
A lot of us are just concerned of our salaries even when we are not useful to the organization... That itself is corruption.
May God help us all...
