Prayer.
As a Christian "Prayer" forms a very part of your life in Christ Jesus. As a Christian You just don,t take decisions without God's consent or permission else u will face the consequences. As a Christian you are to tell everything bothering you to your father who is in Heave through Jesus Christ. You first talk to God about it and wait for his permission before taking the first step. And mind you everything about human life can be discussed with God.
Don't go round telling people about your problems but rather tell God about everything and thank Him.
